  No one wants to replace a furnace because the basement flooded but the people at Hager fox really streamlined the process for us. We are newbies at homeowner disasters and replacing the furnace was easy because of Andrew (Keip) and his team did all the hard work to install and make sure the furnace and bonus air conditioner work. Great experience all around, while I hope to never have to call except for routine maintenance , they are my go to guys, from confirming the broken furnace (joe) to installing Andrew, the entire process was about 48 hours. They are knowledgeable about their products and complete from start to finish

  Angelo did a thorough check of the new HVAC system and explained the reason I had difficulty heating the condo this winter. He assured me the system issues will be corrected next week and that it is still under warranty so there will be no charge. I am grateful for his professionalism and knowledge.

  Jonah and Tony were both great guys. Both were very nice and very professional. They did a great job explaining everything to us. They cleaned up the work areas. Plus they hauled the old equipment away. They arrived at the house on time plus finished the job in a timely manner. They definitely earned a 5 star rating.
