Each person I spoke with let me know what was going on and gave me an open line to send messages or call with any questions. Days leading up to the install I received an email and a call to let me know what would be happening and if I had any questions. The day of the install Matt the lead installer answered questions, kept me in the loop and after installing 12 beautiful windows he caught a few window imperfections without me having to catch them after the initial excitement wore off. Matt explained every step after the installation and each document I had to sign. The process was so great I’ll be getting three more windows installed in a few months.
