Instead of leaving the ball in my court and giving me a bunch of phone numbers, she grabbed the bull by the horns and made all phone calls that needed to be made, scheduled pick up of some of my appliances and made sure that my clothes were washed and returned within 48 hours. She kept constant communication with me throughout the entire process. Having lost quite a bit in the fire, I was devastated, Bonnie was quick to keep me in the loop, help me with all of the legalities, and begin rebuilding my contents. Surprisingly she was able to save some of my family heirlooms that I was afraid I lost. My contents came back to me looking brand new. She even sat down with me and helped me price out replacements for things that were completely lost. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone, however, if you do end up having a fire or flood, Bonnie is so knowledgeable and amazing! Without her, I'm not sure I would have been strong enough to do this on my own.
