The first call, was immediately pleasant and easy, they were able to get me on the schedule the same day. My technician was Charlie Dunneback, he was super easy to deal with, good conversation and then he explained what he was seeing with our door. An hour later and basically rebuilding the garage door assembly, he had everything working like butter. The moral of the story is never let your B.I L. help you install your garage door. Thanks again Charlie

They had a technician at my home in less than 24 hours. Charlie was professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem immediately and offered several solutions. Since both doors had openers that were over 20 years old, I requested replacement of both. Charlie got the supplies and worked until after 7:00 p.m. When he was finished, he programmed things as I requested and explained to me and my wife how it works. I will definitely call them next time I have a garage door issue.

He quickly found the problem and reviewed with us the cost for the repair and how long it would take to complete it. After making the repair he also tightened all hardware and oiled the springs. He was friendly and answered all our questions. If I was the owner of this company Caleb would be one of my most valuable employees.
