When he arrived he took care of the job in about an hour. Charlie was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and great to work with. We will call Ingstrup again!

He provided me with various options and prices for repairs and replacement of our garage door. He came out on a very cold day and was cheerful and good-natured. He knows his product line and had the necessary skills to assess and fix the problem. All in all, it was a good experience and I'm happy with the results. I recommend Ingstrup Garage Doors and Technician Caleb Meyer.

Fixed opener problem quickly and helped identify what may have caused the problem in the first place. Did a great job with the tuneup and safety inspection as well. Raised my awareness on several issues and provided several options to consider. But was customer focused and not a hard sell on anything, which I greatly appreciated. Ingstrup is an excellent company. Highly recommend them!
