- LMLiam MartinMar 3, 20265.0Moved into my new home last fall, quickly discovered the garage doors were a self install job from multiple owners before me. Started having issues with one of the openers, Caleb and Jake came out and were able to fix my issue with the one broken door and service the other one to prevent similar issues in the immediate future. They also were very informative in explaining the components of the doors/openers as well as their recommendations for future service and potential replacements.

They were able to come out the next morning and replace in a timely manner while also completing a full inspection on other parts of the door. Caleb and Jake were very professional and explained things clearly, while performing excellent work.

We never had a tech come to diagnose an issue that was so knowledgeable and did not make us feel pressured to get a whole new garage door. He explained and showed us how old the door was but did not try to sell us on getting one. He did however work up an "affordable" estimate in case we decided to pursue one. All in all, it was a great experience with him. It was a sensor issue which he replaced. Then he did a preventive maintenance on the door and cleaned up before he left. Will use them again for future problems or to get a new door.
