Vinny was able to clean the fireplaces' glass covers that had burnt on ceramic residue from the gas logs. Other techs said it could not be cleaned. Plus Vinny explained what I would need to look out for as my furnace and gas fireplaces continue to age. Vinny's friendliness and exceptional attention to detail is truly appreciated. At a time when many technical jobs are rushed, it is like a breath of fresh air to have work done by someone who is thorough and considerate.
