- RKRita Ku6 days ago2.0Because the garage door opened and closed by itself once a while today . So we called technician of AI garage to come to look at it. The technician gave us the wrong information said because door was too heavy, maybe need replace spring, or maybe logic board issues. He didn’t fix the problem, but he charged us $166 for him to come here . Good things was he helped us to reach Precision asked if the spring is still under they warranty. I called Precision garage door company, they sent a technician come over right away. He diagnosed was garage door open switches board problem . .He replaced it and installed an electric surge protector. He only charged us $130 with you can trust price.

Very friendly and very knowledgeable. Inspected the door and issue (broken spring) and gave me some options and we negotiated what I thought was a reasonable price. He is a self proclaimed garage door nerd and did not mind me watching or asking questions while he worked. He installed new springs and adjusted the door in no time and it's running smoother than it ever did before. Gave me some maintenance tips too. EXCELLENT experience and customer service from Jazen! Would recommend him and A1 to anyone.
