Things pretty odd from the start, older gentleman was helping us and informed us price included padding and labor, after getttign the invoice we learned this is not the truth. We eventually sat down with Dan who spent most of the time complaining about his wife and his home storage issues. We shared our ideal timeline, and he assured he could accommodate it. Don't want to get into all the details but the date of said install was not met causing me to delay our movers, was also not informed of the length of time the job would take. The installation was not great, the workers left an absolute mess and didn't do a good job installing. I had to have them come back out to fix a spot and still am having issues with the carpet pulling up. I also feel I was taken advantage off and am paying for areas I did not get carpeted. I have asked multiple times for the measurements of the rooms and what I paid for and they haven't shared any of it. They originally charged me for rooms we did not want done and it took some effort to get this removed from the price.

They even let us take large samples to see what would look best in our home. Josh, Chris, and Tanner did a great job with the install. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They picked up at the end of the job site each day and were always on time. Overall, we are very happy with our floors. We selected the Mohawk Ellenwood in Forest Brown.
