The installers did a great job, were very friendly and knowledgeable, and even cleaned up after themselves which I wasn't expecting. They installed 13 windows and 4 patio doors in one day and I couldn't be happier with the process!

They used to have the best protection plan in the business but THIS location refuses to honor the Window World contract. I have used Window World in 4 different states for entire home replacement spending over 10k each time but Window World doesn't care about existing and repeat customers and they refuse to cover screens or glass at this location. I will reach out to their cooperate offices but I think this maybe be the end of a 20 year relationship with Window World. If Nevada and Ohio and all the other states we've used them in covers the screens then why doesn't Michigan honor the screens and glass? I have all of my contracts and THIS LOCATION is NOT honoring Window World policy. Purchased in 2020, refused to repair 4 screens that have come loose. 50.00 is worth more than the over 200k I've spent with them.
