  I worked with Jeff to replace my second floor carpet and stairway with hardwood flooring. Jeff was very clear on what to expect and what would be needed to get the results that I wanted. My floors were sloping pretty bad. His team leveled the floors before installing unfinished 2 1/4 red oak hardwood. The floors were sanded and stained and they look great in my historic Detroit home. The project was done in a timely manner and he kept his word on when the project would be completed. You can tell Jeff loves his job and has high standards when it comes to quality. He is very knowledgeable and stands by his work. I highly recommend Telesco flooring!

  I did the leg work for you. Call Telesco now and don't waste your time calling anyone else. I had six companies out to spec a project of replacement carpet in one room and replacing carpet for hardwood to match existing floors in the other. Five of six companies told me matching the hardwood is impossible and no one can do it. Telesco was the one that not only did an amazing job, but knew exactly what floor I had from my brief description. From a pricing stand point the carpeting was very similar to everyone we spoke with (a couple other local companies, Empire, Carpet Guys). Pricing on the hardwood was worth every penny and Jeff worked to get the project right within our budget. I can't speak to comparing to other companies because, again, no one said what Jeff did could be done. Shout out to Joel for the hardwood, dowel and shoe molding work. 10/10. Shout out to Troy for the carpet replacement. 10/10. Shout out to Jorge and Jose for sanding and finishing the hardwood floors. 10/10. Shoutout to Jeff for being extremely attentive to our questions, always available when we needed him and keeping us constantly abreast of timelines for the project. We waited until our two oldest dogs passed on to get our carpets replaced and the hardwood floor project is one I've been dreaming of having done for almost 10 years. I smile every time I look at that room as it was not an easy job to match color and the dowel punches throughout. Seriously - no need to call anywhere else.

  We have a wood floor in our kitchen that was scratched up from the pegs in our counter stools. We contacted Telesco Floors and spoke to Jeff about replacing about a 3x6 foot section of the flooring. After inspecting our floor, Jeff advised us it could be repaired. Today he sent Joel and Bobby to do the job. They were incredible, neat, polite and efficient. My floor looks brand new. Thank you to your whole team. Diane Stacey
