- BMBarb MillerApr 1, 20264.0The plumber was great very professional explained everything , the only thing that I was not happy about . I was called and told the service tech would be leaving in the 30 min window you are told about , I left work and he did not arrive until 3 hours later . It was not his fault he was dispatched an hour later after the time I was told , but the communication there was not great , but all in all I felt the service person cared about his work .

I was in need of some service to my furnace and my technician went the extra mile and checked things that may have been overlooked by someone else. Caught some cracks in the heat exchange that could have been catastrophic to both my home and me and my wife. Thank you for being so thorough.

They replaced our ancient toilets and made sure all the plumbing was working properly. Their work took them all over our entire home. They were polite and thoughtful and punctual. We had plumbing, Hvac and electrical all done with these very professional guys. I want to add- Craig DeCraene, William Hollis, Joshua Lenhart, Ty Baillie, Demitrius McClenton, Matt Stevens, Josh Gilkison, Steven Decaire and Mitch Achino! These Service Professor technicians are all stellar! I'm sure I have forgotten someone too! There were so many diligent guys in my 140 year old basement it was awesome. New water heater, new furnace, new plumbing pipes, water softener and reverse osmosis... toilets, faucets... we will be having a new breaker box and upgrading to 220 power... And more.
