  I called for a sewer pipe back-up. Roto rooter responded very quickly. The technician, Seth was very polite and knowledgeable. He had a nasty sewage clean up to do. He was pleasant throughout the process. He cleaned up the area before leaving. I highly recommend both this company and Seth their employee.

  Stephen is a first class technician. He was very pleasant and explained every that he would doing. Hit a few snags, which were no fault of his doing. I have a century home and the original main is still in place. Tree roots had penetrated through the joints of the sewer main which cause one of his tools to get tangled and eventually break. He explained the reason, showed me a live video of the sewer main and you could the roots. A new larger bit was used and was able get through the line. Stephen took the time to explain this. We have used Roto-Rooter for as long as we have been in our house, 27 years. Their techs have always been pleasant and always explain what they will do. I have always recommended Roto-Rooter to friends.

  The guy was nice and ultimately did end up fixing the problem, but he was obviously in over his head on diagnosing the issue so it took a really really really long time, which isn’t good when you’re paying by the hour. He was on the phone most of the time with someone walking him through what to do (I’m assuming) I was left feeling at the end that I would have paid way less if they had just sent someone with more experience that could have just done the work instead of fumbling around for almost 6 hours. Left me feeling really icky about the whole thing.

  Today we had an unexpected backup at our home. We called Roto Rooter and our experience was amazing from the beginning starting with the customer service call with Karen. They notified us when our technician Kaiden was on his way. It wasn’t an easy job and Kaiden kept us well informed of the progress. He worked extremely hard until the backup was cleared. Roto-Rooter was honest and worked with us and got the job done successfully. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Thank you for the job well done.

  Seth was respectful, kind, and more than happy to walk me through everything he was doing. We were a bit nervous after hearing there’s a $43 charge every 15 minutes after the first hour, but he got straight to work and finished clearing our clog in under 40 minutes. Thankfully, it turned out to be a fairly simple fix. Five stars, great personality, easy to talk to, and he got the job done quickly and efficiently. For any plumbing needs in the future, we will absolutely call Roto-Rooter again.
