- CLCortney LeinaarFeb 2, 20261.0We called on Sunday at 8pm because our furnace went out (it’s the beginning of February so it’s been very cold outside). We were told the tech on call would call us… never happened. They still haven’t called back and it’s EOD Monday. We ended up calling JP heating and cooling.
- CECraig EvansJan 28, 20262.0We scheduled preventive maintenance on Nov. Prior to the appointment, we were contacted that our service tech was being reassigned due to other techs being sick and was told we would be contacted to reschedule. We totally understand, but it is almost Feb and we have not been contacted. This is the second time this has happened. I finally reached out earlier this month, and was reassured they would contact us later in the week. Again, an employee was sick and again, we understand how employees get sick and appointments need to be rescheduled. We have been happy with the company in the past and when we replaced our HVAC and water heater, we had them do it. Our son even used them when replacing his HVAC. Even having a service contract with them doesn’t seem to make a difference.
