Steve has been a blessing. I had Acculevel out as i purchased home a couple years ago and noticed some shifting. Steve came out and did a full assessment. His findings were in line with what the structural engineer had found. During install their were some unforseens. After digging holes for the helical piers we noticed the cracking was worse than it looked. Steve worked with me to get the wall straightened and secured with invisibeam carbon fiber straps along with the piers and carbon fiber stitching. Steve and The crew have been great to work with even with the unforseens that always happen wothbconstruction. Def recommend having Steve out. He goes the extra mile.

Frequently Asked Questions About Acculevel

How do I know if my basement needs waterproofing in [address.city]]?

Look for signs like water intrusion, leaks, dampness, musty odors, efflorescence (white powdery residue on walls), mold/mildew growth, or high humidity. Untreated water issues can weaken your home's structure, cause health concerns, and lead to costly damage. A free inspection can confirm if waterproofing is needed.

What are the signs of crawl space problems?

Typical signs include sagging or uneven floors, musty odors, visible mold/mildew, high humidity, pest activity, poor air quality, or gaps between walls and floors. Moisture in the crawl space can lead to wood rot, mold growth, and foundation issues—addressing it early prevents bigger problems.
