  Where do I start. Not enough praise can be heaped on this organization. These gentlemen are true professionals. From the beginning Mark was extremely friendly honest professional and polite. He gave us a no nonsense estimate and was right on the money. He was extremely patient with my wife whom he interacted and communicated extremely effectively on what choices and selections might be best. Nick took over the project once the contract was signed. Outstanding young man who has a wealth of knowledge a person you feel immediately comfortable with. His crew now that’s where the rubber meets the road. These guys are some of the finest craftsmen I have had the opportunity to watch. Their attention to detail was phenomenal. They were extremely courteous answering every question and always keeping the work area immaculate. The sub contractors on site plumbers and electricians were absolutely top notch exceeded all expectations. And not one of the crew had any issue with my chocolate lab Willow who constantly felt the need to be present to oversee the process throughout the day in the hope some scrap of donut may fall off the counter. Anyone who doesn’t use this company will surely wish they did. Five stars every step of the way. Thank You Gentlemen for adding such a beautiful kitchen to our home it is truly a masterpiece.   Impressive Quality and Workmanship! I would highly recommend Encompass Design Solutions for your next remodel project! The whole team is great to work with from start to finish. We had a large project that included a raised 300 square foot addition to the back of our house. Removing the main exterior back walls and installing huge LVL support beams. The project time line was laid out at the begining and we were never left wondering what was happening next. Even though they had a tight schedule planned, they were still flexible to make changes on the fly. ...We decided mid project to add upgrading all the oak wood work to more modern white. (So, so glad we did!) This did move the project back a couple of weeks but totally understandable. It was exciting as a cabinet designer to draw up my dream kitchen and then see Encompass bring it to life. This whole process makes it easier to empathize with my customer at Standale Home Studio. I often had to remind my husband and my self of what I tell my customers. A remodel is alot like having a baby. Pregnancy, labor and delivery can take time and be uncomfortable ...but at the end you get a beautiful baby! Thank you to the Encompass Team! You all were great to work with and we loved all the guys we met. They were all very polite and cleaned up after themselves. All in all a great experience! Mike and Becky Piper of Marne, MI

  Encompass did a flooding restoration down the street from us and was highly recommended by our neighbors. Our project was a basement bedroom with storage closets. They did a fantastic job. We will be doing a bathroom remodel in the near future and Encompass will be the first people we’ll call. As stated above Encompass did such a nice job on the bedroom so we had them do a complete gut and remodel of our bathroom and also replace the railings going downstairs. They did a fantastic job and their attention to detail is second to none. Thanks so much guys!
