- BFBob ForgacsJan 13, 20265.0Water Boy Systems employees are the greatest! Recently we had an emergency call out on a Friday afternoon for someone to clean out my system. Becky answered the phone and wasn’t sure they could get anyone at such short notice. Mind you, it was a Friday afternoon. She called me back and assured me someone would be coming at the end of their regular day of doing an install. Lucas and Sheldon arrived at 4 PM and went to work right away. They were both very nice and professional. Being late on a Friday, they didn’t just do a quick job, they were very thorough and did an outstanding job cleaning out the hydrogen peroxide injector, the contact tank and the head of the carbon catalytic filter. They even stayed to help clean out the filter for my kitchen sink that got clogged with debris. Thank-you Lucas and Sheldon for doing such a thorough job on a late Friday evening. Water Boy has always provided me great service! All their employees are great people, including Kat and Becky in the front office, to David who deliveries salt and peroxide, and Conner and Cody who have helped us before! FYI: my well water is very bad with a very high sulfur content requiring very knowledgeable people who know how to fix my water. Thank-you Water Boy Systems!

We recently bought a new home with well water and we had no previous experience with water softeners. We had no idea we would be needing to replace our water softener system. We almost went with another company, but thank goodness a friend referred us to Water Boy. We could not be happier. To say Cody and the other staff went above and beyond is an understatement. It is so nice to know that there are good, ethical companies out there who really are dedicated to quality service and who genuinely care about their customers and are willing to go the extra mile.
