  I had one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever dealt with. The technician showed up quickly, which I appreciated, but that’s where the positives end. Titan Plumbing Group completely misdiagnosed a simple toilet flushing issue and immediately tried to push a full toilet replacement, showing me options in the $1800 range. That alone was ridiculous. Then, as if that wasn’t enough, I was offered a “rebuild” of the flushing mechanism for $850. For what, exactly? Replacing a basic flush valve? The actual fix was a $35 flush valve. That’s it. This felt less like a professional diagnosis and more like a sales pitch designed to squeeze as much money as possible out of the situation. There’s a difference between charging fairly for skilled work and blatantly overpricing a simple repair. This crossed that line. I’m glad I didn’t fall for the bait, and I genuinely hope no one else does. I understand businesses have overhead, but trying to charge hundreds, nearly a thousand dollars, for a fix that costs next to nothing is not how you build trust or long term customers. It’s how you lose them. Unprofessional, dishonest, and frankly feels like a scam. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to anything from this company.

Ashley arrived right on time, was incredibly professional, and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done. It’s rare to find someone who combines high-level technical expertise with such a friendly, helpful attitude. The work was completed efficiently, the area was left spotless, and most importantly, the issue is completely resolved. If you’re looking for someone reliable and skilled, I cannot recommend Ashley enough.   I called Titan to replace the insides of my toilet. Glad to get things fixed but was the cost I believe was way more than it should have been. I do understand labor was involved however I know parts were less than $50 they weren’t used as they didn’t fit. Spencer was able to clean the current seal. Had to clean up after him not a lot but rusty water drops on the sink and toilet. Unfortunately busted wanted clean and did not take pictures but he could have easily wiped it up with a rag or easily asked for one. Total cost that day $350. I know that there was nowhere near $300 in labor done he was done in less than hour. I wish I had not agreed to the price that is on me. Will I ever call them again? ABSOLUTELY NOT

  We had an bad emergency leak in our basement late in the day. I was panicking because it was late in the day and I didn't have a plumber we have worked with. Found Titan online and called them. They had a technician at the house in 90 minutes. Robert Gough, the technician, handled it quickly and efficiently. Robert was very professional and friendly. Within an hour he had totally resolved our problem. Titan and Robert are the best! Thanks a million. You turned what could have been a disaster to a problem solved on a timely manner. They exceeded my expectations.

  Absolute scam!! I will never use this company again. I feel completely taken advantage of. I had a clogged shower drain and two leaky sinks. I was quoted $738.00 for the work, which I thought was high, so I asked for a breakdown and they don’t do that. I was under the impression that by the time the tech left, everything would be fixed. By the end of it, the only thing fixed was my shower drain, which was snaked. I was told that I needed to replace my bathroom sink and replace my kitchen faucet (after some calcium was removed). I still have the same issues I had before the tech came, minus a clogged shower drain. All for the price of $738.00!!!!! Absolutely insane. The tech was very nice and informative, so nothing against him. Called and spoke with Jay, the manager, and he did absolutely nothing to try and justify the charge or even provide a breakdown. Terrible customer service. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. I was completely ripped off. BE CAREFUL!!!
