  We have had remarkable service provided by several different professionals from Mrs. Michael's. Between two separate properties, we have utilized the very respectful and knowledgeable technicians who have come out in practically every area that Mrs. Michael's provides coverage. We have thorough attention to details, questions are always answered and the process is explained without hesitation. The slogan is not just a slogan, there have never been any creepy guys!

  I was referred to Mrs. Michael by a trusted source. I expected good service; what I received was SUPERIOR service. After having new kitchen counters installed, I needed the electrical and plumbing hooked back up. I also had underlying issues with both. Patrick Hagerty and Sean Libert were the service techs. They put everything back together. Patrick also repaired the garbage disposal and patiently replaced parts that were lost in the plumbing disconnect. Sean upgraded my 20 year old switches, receptacles and cover plates. He also discovered a tripped breaker and put me back in business. No hard sell tactics were used. They simply provided all of the options and enabled me to make informed decisions. To say that I was pleased with the overall experience would be an understatement.   Very easy to schedule and prompt on day of service. Seth was polite and very informative on what needed to be done. After job was done he stayed to ensure everything was working properly and offered insight into the plumbing issues.

  Lifetime customer here!!!💯 Best company I’ve ever had come into my home and do repairs!🙌🏼 I don’t even know where to start!❤️ I’ve had my furnace repaired with Mrs. Michael as well as my electrical and most recently, my plumbing. Their pricing is very fair and they weren’t pushy for me to do the repairs that day and gave me advice on what was the best route to go. Their staff is very friendly and professional! I would like to point out the electrician I had, John Cartier and the plumber I had, Jonathan Boren. John Cartier was the first one that came out so I’ll start with him! I had never experienced such professionalism before! He asked if he could come in the home once I opened the door and he introduced himself with a handshake was very friendly and had a great attitude which now a days is rare! He also put on booties as soon as he entered my home which I appreciated cause I’m a germaphobe! Haha He repaired what needed to be done and patched up what could wait until summer instead of trying to get the most money out of me and he helped educate me on what he was doing and what went wrong. He was also very friendly to my 2 toddlers who were very chatty haha can’t rave enough about him! Today I had Jonathan Boren come out to fix my plumbing. He had been out to do the estimate a couple weeks before and gave me advice on what route to take and wasn’t pushy for me to get the work done that day, he wanted me to do what was best for me and my finances and being a single mom of 3 I really appreciated that! He also greeted me with a smile and handshake and had a great attitude. And he also put his booties on right away once he entered the home! He also educated me on what was wrong and answered all of my questions and showed me what he did and showed me the old parts which I appreciate because I like to learn! I truly felt like they cared and weren’t there to just take my money. I can’t say I’ve had that experience before. I highly recommend this company! Especially John and Jon haha thanks guys! 🤗

  I trust this company with the work they do. While not the cheapest option, I don't have to worry about the work being done right the first time. I find the Cares club to be worth the money as long as you make use of all of the freebies with that. They fixed a lot on my last and current home including major and minor HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical work. They tend to have more experience and expertise than other companies I have worked with. Many a times there has been a senior technician working alongside a younger professional. Patrick is the best for plumbing!
