  I had a very disappointing experience with this plumbing company. I called them for an emergency after-hours service because my primary sump pump failed and I was relying on my secondary pump. When the technician arrived, I expected a reasonable cost—typically a sump pump costs around $250–$300, plus maybe $200–$300 for labor, and I was even okay with an additional $200 for after-hours service. Instead, I was quoted $1,500, which felt extremely excessive and unreasonable. When I declined the service, the technician still charged me $200 just for showing up, even though no work was performed. This feels like a tactic to give an inflated quote so customers refuse service, allowing them to collect the service fee anyway. I would not recommend this company—very unprofessional and misleading pricing.

  I called Titan today after I literally destroyed my shower in repects to trying to fix it. After realizing I have no idea what I'm doing, I call Titan. 5 mins later a technician calls me says he's on his way. These guys saved me. I can't thank them enough.

  Ashley was the tech that arrived and began the communication, arrived at the time she said she would. Once arrived, was very professional and great personality. Showed and discussed my issue and within five minutes knew what to look at and for. Long story short, my issue was remedied within 40 minutes after arrival. Couldn’t ask for a better experience, will definitely be using the titan group for all my future issues.

  Un licensed apprentice plumbers! Do a quick LARA BCC license search to verify that the person sent to your home is qualified and licensed!!! Previous google reviews prove this statement. They utilize flat rate pricing to rip people off, they will never tell you what you are buying only a solution there is no price breakdown. Literally every truck they have on the road is a unlicensed apprentice. The only journeyman they have couldnt plumb a porta potty.
