    Im passing this review on from my father who called this past week. Extremely rude customer service by I believe his name is "trent". My father is no expert so he asked questions and was mocked over the phone. Asked about a type of wood he wasn't sure was, and the employees reply was that it was a tree. His reply was not in a funny or joking/friendly tone either. Acted as if my father was bothering him and he didnt care to help.Completely unnacceptable.
