  I would recommend State Electric to anyone looking to have a home energy system installed. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. We always felt like we were in good hands working with professionals that really knew what they were doing. Everyone from Todd, quoting the job, to Caleb installing the job, to Mario helping with a smooth inspection, was knowledgable and professional. It was a great experience. Thank you all.

  Had a GM Home Energy System along with a Level 2 EV Charger installed . The experience was seamless from start to finish. They finished the job one day early because of the Christmas season and our desire to have everything installed before the end of the year for tax incentives that expired January 1st. Todd came out and gathered all the details 4 hours after our first interaction. Caleb did a quality job from start to finish. He stayed late for us in order to get the job done. Explained everything and cleaned up before he left. Price was a little higher than I anticipated but when they walked out the door we knew we had a high quality product and installation. Would recommend them for your electrical needs.

  We just bought a house that was built in 1947 and added onto in 1980. Turned out the wiring in the older part of the house was cloth covered 2-wire (so no grounds) and the insulation under the cloth was crumbling when I was trying to install GFCI outlets. I called State Electric to see if they could evaluate the situation. Luke came out and did a primary inspection and we agreed that the 2-wire should be replaced with modern 3 wire Romex, and that the service entrance, main shut-off in the garage, main grounds, and the circuit breaker box in the basement should be replace and upgraded. Mario worked up a quote for doing the work and it was reasonable. Bill and Luke started work on 12/29/25 and were able to wrap up the project on 1/5/26. It took longer to complete (esp. with the holidays in there) than any of us expected, but the communication with Mario, Bill, and Luke was fantastic. Bill and Luke always kept me apprised of how the project was going, whenever they ran into an unexpected issue they got with me immediately so that we could work out a solution. Bill and Luke were extremely respectful of our home and of us. They had to cut into the walls in a few locations to be able to run the new wires, but they always made very clean rectangular cuts and I will be able to reinstall the wallboard without issue. Bill and Luke's workmanship was outstanding, they made everything neat and tidy (especially notable in the circuit breaker box). The city inspector found two small things he didn't like, and Bill was back out that morning to fix them and send pictures to the inspector who approved it. This project could have been a nightmare, but working with Mario, Bill, and Luke was wonderful. Nothing but "can do" attitudes and technical knowledge. I thank State Electric, and the team of Mario, Bill, and Luke for making our house safer and easier to live in.

  Peyton did an amazing job... He went above and beyond to make everything happen. Came to my house around 6pm on a whim after finishing another job and was on his way home, truly exceptional customer service. I had my issues with qmerit during this process but everyone at state electric has gone above and beyond for me and I cannot thank them enough, just sucks Google limits my review for Peyton to 5 stars... He deserves more
