Adkisson Air is the #1 heating and cooling service in the area and probably in the State of Michigan. Joann is best for keeping track and notifying me of my account when something is wrong. The calls, texts, and emails reminding me of my appointment is awesome when your schedule is busy and hectic. The technicians are always friendly and kind with knowledgeable information when you have questions or concerns. They’re on time and information is provided when they are on their way with photo of the person you should expect to arrive at your door which is needed with the world we live in. They have been servicing my heating and cooling appliances for about 18 years. That should speak volume regarding their performance and dedication to their customers. Please give them a call so that you can have a peace of mind knowing that you’re going to get the best service as well as being a happy satisfied customer.

Due to the emergency, we called Adkisson Air1 and they arrived within one hour. Inspected the furnace, explained the problem in detail and offered 3 options to resolve the issue. They loaned us portable electric heaters to prevent our plumbing from freezing. They installed the new furnace on Saturday (2 days later) and we had clean heat that afternoon. The workmanship was excellent and they cleaned up afterwards. We are very happy with the work performed. We would recommend Adkisson Air1 to our family and friends.
