  We purchased a new gas fireplace. It is controlled by a remote. It has 5 flame heights, and 3 fan speeds. The 2 installers did a great job. They removed the old fireplace and installed the new one, in one day. They were clean and professional. The installation required 2 vent pipes in the chimney, one for fresh air, the other exhaust. They spent time carefully arranging the stones and logs to make it look real, then trained us on how to use the remote. We couldn't be happier.

  Furnace went out the night prior. Called next day and in under three hours the issue was diagnosed, serviced and resolved. Fast, affordable service and they guarantee their work. Appreciate your quality service well done.

  The service went well and according to plan. The service technician mentioned I had a gas leak from the outside meter and suggested I call Consumers. Consumers came to the house and replaced the meter. Had I not been told by the A1 Tech, I would have not known I had a problem!

  They were prompt in responding to our need for furnace service after a tree fell on our line and blew out the blower and transformer. I called at 9 am, the tech was here by noon. He also spotted a leak in the water heater, which he fixed as well. Pricing was fair, employees were professional.
