How does a company maintain a 5-star rating on Google from over 1,100 reviews? Simple: superior sales, service, installation, and support—from start to finish.
My experience with Quality Door began when my old garage doors were in rough shape. The hard seal strips were cracked and gapped, allowing mice to sneak in and create a mess. It was clear I needed new doors and openers, but I also wanted to seal things up in the meantime while waiting for the replacements to arrive.
I reached out to Quality Door, and Josh came out the very same day. He assessed the situation, walked me through the options, and left me with a brochure and a clear outline of the next steps. Wanting to do a temporary fix, I visited their showroom with a piece of my old door seal in hand, hoping to find a match. The service and sales teams were incredibly helpful—they provided information, color chips, brochures, and even gave me a length of matching seal at no charge. That kind of generosity and customer-first attitude really stood out.
The next day, I returned to the showroom to finalize our selections. We reviewed the door styles and colors—conveniently displayed on their well-stocked showroom walls—and I placed an order for three garage doors and three openers. The estimated lead time was 4–6 weeks, so I asked if it would be possible to replace the seals on my existing doors in the meantime.
Sure enough, Josh returned just days later and replaced all the old seals. He also made adjustments to ensure everything was sealed up tightly. When I tried to pay for the service, I was told there was no charge. That’s what I call service with a capital “S”!
Throughout the entire process, communication was excellent. When installation day arrived, Carey and Scott showed up right on schedule and got to work. They were meticulous—leveling the doors to match the existing structure, ensuring a perfect seal, and programming all the remotes (including a few extras I had on hand). They even cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done.
While Quality Door doesn’t manufacture the Copay Doors or LiftMaster Openers I purchased, they handle, install, and service them—and they do it exceptionally well. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer care are exactly how a company earns and maintains a flawless reputation.
If you’re in the market for anything related to garage doors or openers, I highly recommend starting with Mark Geissinger in sales. My experience with Quality Door was outstanding from the first call to the final install. Now I understand exactly how they’ve earned every one of those 5 stars.
