He was very friendly and helpful, he even took a brand new product out of the box for us to see. He came to our home to measure and fixed the brackets of our old blinds so we would have privacy while waiting for the new to arrive. It only took a couple of weeks and we received our new cloth 3 inch blinds. They are beautiful and we love them. Chris did a wonderful job installing them and was so professional and friendly, I will definitely be a return customer and will tell my family and friends about the great experience we had.
