They gave us clear estimates that included the price of the three samples. That made it easy to compare our choices and make a decision. The owner came to our home and took measurements and answered all our questions. The installer was prompt and did a great job. We highly recommend DeWaard Interiors.

Jim DeWaard probably knows more about carpet--brands, characteristics, applicability, etc.--than anyone in the region. The other Jim, who did the installation, knew his craft very well. The installation is beautiful and he is the type of craftsman I like to work with. He always arrived when he said he would. Jim met his timeline--install downstairs carpet Monday; stairway, loft, and hall on Tuesday; two bedrooms on Wednesday. He worked alone wasting no time, and cleaned up as he went. He was always friendly and courteous. Overall, this was the best purchase and installation we've experienced due to Jim & Jim. Well done you guys. Thanks. We strongly recommend DeWaard Interiors to anyone seeking new flooring.
