Shoane came on-site to investigate a potential leak and was incredibly thorough—he even climbed up onto the roof to inspect everything firsthand. He is clearly super knowledgeable about both roofing and attic dynamics. After his inspection, he identified that the "leak" was actually an internal condensation issue caused by my humidifier. I really want to highlight the honesty and integrity of this team. Shoane could have easily quoted me for a roof repair I didn't need, but instead, he gave me the truth. It’s rare to find that kind of transparency in this industry. Highly recommended!
