- JPJulie PalmerDec 18, 20255.0I was once informed that it was possible my well established hydrangea shrub would have to go but to watch it happened almost had me in tears! With that said, the guys tried VERY hard to keep it there and when it had to be removed the whole root came out in tack so I’m going to try and save it! I had 2 shrubs. Turns out, our old tank was very close the house and practically right under my shrub. Everyone did an amazing (and quick!) job. We now have a new (bigger) tank and field that’s appropriate for our house size. I even asked for a small request the morning they were packing up the machines…to remove the second shrub for me so I can just start my front landscaping over in the spring. I’m a symmetrical person so just having the one there bothered me and their machines made removing dirt and shrubs easy! My back thanks you in advance! That would have been harder for me to do myself. Thank you! We had a brand new 1500-gallon septic tank and full field replacement (around 930-950 sq. ft) installed. It was interesting to watch all what the guys were doing too. Everything was left clean and well taken care of.

Every time I need something from these guys, he comes out to complain and insult me or my coworkers like his wife hasn't given him attention in years. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere with your business.
- SHSue HarringtonAug 15, 20255.0Awesome company to work with! The job went smooth from start to finish - a very positive experience! I needed an engineered system. They started the job on Friday, Aug 8th and it was complete on Thur Aug 14th. Two guys did the entire job, were friendly, worked efficiently, and cleaned up after they were finished. My backyard looks great; smooth and level, with the promise of a nice lawn to come as they spread grass seed and straw. Update Two weeks later, grass has grown in beautifully and I've started putting the yard back together again. I had them seed the drain field only, and leave the edges for me to plant wild flowers and put in raised garden beds for next year. I also mulched the section between the house and drain field, where the tanks are. It is coming together nicely!

They started the job on time, were very knowledgeable and precise. They manipulate a large septic tank around an existing gas line, saving us the cost of having to re-route it. The retention walls they built were perfect. The one misunderstanding we had was quickly resolved to our complete satisfaction. Their quote was also very competitive.
