    We had an issue with our furnace not firing. We called Russell’s as they are a well known company in the Greenville area, and lots of people suggested them. They came out relatively quick, and started right away trying to diagnose the problem. The part ordered did not do the trick. I was definitely worried that we were going to start throwing parts at it and hoping it would fix the issue…..that was not Russell’s plan. Russell’s took a deeper dive into my furnace and found the issue that was causing everything to act weird. They ensured me that my bill would reflect the work that NEEDED to be done, and I wouldn’t be charged the items that were “misdiagnosed”. When time came for my invoice, they kept their word and took the time to figure out what was actually billable and what wasn’t. They could have easily charged me a boat load and threw their hands up and said “it is what it is” but they are DEFINITELY not that type of business. It’s the small things like this that make a company EXCELLENT. They will forever have my HVAC and Plumbing business!

    Right from the call with the young lady who makes appointments to the arrival of Tyler your repair provider and his kind attitude I was very impressed. If all your service workers are like them, then you have a great staff.

    Quick response! Kristen (I believe that was the person's name who answered the phone), was friendly and helpful. Howard came to the house, assessed the plumbing situation/problem and went right to work. Howard fixed our leak in the kitchen; with replaced parts (included drain plug). Howard was professional, kind and explained clearly what needed to be done. Thank you!

    Greg put in new kitchen faucet. Great job, pleasant person. In and out with no problems. Always great service with Russell’s. Only issue was they were to let me know a time he would be there. I only got a text 10 minutes before from Greg. Was not prepared for him. Had to clear off the counter and under sink before he could do the work.

    Called on the Oct. 20 needing to set up getting furnace switched over to natural gas and plumbed in they ran gas to us this summer was told they would need to write up an estimate and they asked for my email address gave it to them couldn't understand how they could write estimates and didn't come out to see it but you have worked on furnace last year and tech. did take down info.on furnace for future use . Called Wednesday oct.22 when I hadn't received any email was told I had to make appt.to get estimate made appt.for Oct 29 tech.came out took info.said it shouldn't take long and I informed him my tank is on 20 percent said we should be ok it wouldn't take long Called today Oct 31 to try and see what the estimate will be I'm retired fixed income trying to make sure I set aside the money for this and I'm told could take two weeks to get this estimate and then order parts and set up apps.to install since I've already paid for 105.00 for service call I don't want to have another company come out and do it but in the future will not have you working on any of my stuff it's just the furnace you going maybe 3 feet to where meter will be and changing the furnace over not rocket science not happy with any of the service and should of been able to set first apps on the 20th instead of the 24th wasted a week maybe no one will read this and I don't care got this off my chest but would never recommend you to anyone kind of being held hostage
