- KSKody SmithOct 31, 20255.0Redmon not only took great care of us when they installed our furnace, but also over the weekend when it had minor issues. Great communication, transparent(and very reasonable) costs, and great people to work with.
- JDJudi DeVriesAug 18, 20251.0Furnace broke, got 5 quotes from different providers. 4 of those providers stated that they have an upfront quote fee, Redmon did not. When I scheduled the appt for quote, the scheduler never stated there would be a fee. The service tech whop came and gave the quote never stated anything about a quote fee. A month later I got a "quote bill" for $75. I would have gladly and expected to pay for a quote but not a back handed quote. A quote that I was never given when I scheduled the appt, a quote price never given by tech who came. A bill just showed up a month later. I AM NOT PAYING IT. Bad business practices. Not my fault your scheduler and tech never quoted me. Teach your employees better.

I've used them before for repairs as well. Have always gotten a fair price for the work. Grateful we still have good people out there! I highly recommend!
