Very careful in bringing the material into the house and in the installation, including cleanup prior to leaving, and sharing of care and maintenance recommendations. The product fabrication was also excellent.

It also would have been nice to have a heads up about dust and debris that would get into drawers so we could have covered or removed them ahead of time. Several areas of the cabinets and walls were damaged. None of the debris on the new countertops or floor was cleaned up. It doesn’t appear that anything was put down on the hardwood floor to protect it from potential damage.

My wife and I selected a quartz material from Village Custom Interiors who works with Premier for top countertops. Premier was outstanding they communicated great! , Zach came out to template/measure the new top he was excellent and precise. The installers came about a week later. Raheem and Marcus arrived on time and were excellent to work with very nice, thorough and installed the new top perfectly!! I highly recommend Premier Granite and Stone!

Alaina the Project Manager was very helpful, organized and had patience with all the questions I had, Max, Rewlon, Micah came to install my counter top and they were very professional and kind. The counter top was installed and it looks great. It felt like they gave care to the installation as if they were doing the installation to their own home. Max reviewed the care of the countertop and gave some very good tips. And to top it off I received an email within an hour after they left from Alaina to see how the install went and if I had any follow up questions. I would definitely recommend Premier Granite to my family and friends.
