Scam artists! I received a quote for $3,000 for a simple sewer line cleaning of roots. High pressure, the man told me I was an "idiot" for trusting anyone else and that anyone else would ruin my drain. My bill from other guy $250. They lie, they scam, the put on high pressure to convince you. As a contractor of 25 years I say stay as far away as you possibly can from these scam artists. They can't even act like professionals, they resort to name calling for simply getting another price and being wise about a high dollar investment. Always, always, always get another price if you make the mistake of calling them first.

I was having trouble with clogged drains in my kitchen and basement shower. I called service professor, and they sent a technician out almost immediately! My technician, Joe MacDonald, was very polite and helpful. He successfully opened up my drains. He also suggested that I have a follow up appointment with another technician who could inspect my main drain pipe that goes out to the street. Boy am I glad that he did! Today we had technician Mike Brooks, who ran a camera down the line. He was able to show us what the camera was seeing and expertly explained what we were seeing. He cleared out a lot of stuck debris as a temporary fix and hegave us us options for future repairs that may be coming for our aging pipes. All in all, both men were very skilled and very polite. I felt safe to have them in my home. Thank you Joe and Mike for your excellent service!

If you value your time, don’t book with Service Professor. I had an appointment today and even checked in at 10:00 AM to make sure we were still on. I was told 'the team will make it out today.' Four hours later, I had to be the one to call them, only to find out they were cancelling. If they knew they were behind, they should have called me hours ago instead of giving me false hope. Truly disappointed in the lack of respect for their customers' schedules. Don't fall for their fake reviews, folks.

Three strikes, they are out. First, they assured me over the telephone that there was a $99 flat fee for repairing my leak issue when in fact, they have a diagnostic $99 fee. The second strike was that I asked for a plumber and instead they sent in a drainage technician who proceeded to charge me $99 to tell me that I needed a plumber. Third strike, I called to report these issues and no supervisor is available or reachable for up to two days. They are garbage.

This place... idk we're to start the first guy that came out. Said I would get an email and a business card which that never happened. Also said I'd be charged a service fee for a hot water heater that always needs to be repaired at other homes. So I asked if we will get the same one we have now. He said yes. Then a few days later a few other guys showed up to put the hot water heater in. Didn't have the right hot water heater. Let alone anything close to the one I have. So they talk me to installing it I figured whatever they already here and I'm done dealing with it. Plus he told me that I wouldn't be charged the service fee because I purchased the hot water heater if it breaks down. Then they told me when they were leaving that I get an email for everything that is done. Which that never happened. Then upon leaving I noticed they cracked my siding. What's not too much of a big deal it's cold out. But the manager called and gave me an attitude like I was the one with a problem.
