  We had Mountaineer replace our entire kitchen drain line 2.5 years ago. While initially we were satisfied with the service, we are now having to replace the line completely again due to the lack of fall/improper decline. It’s very disappointing considering it cost us several thousand dollars. Edited to add- after having multiple plumbers look at our issue we have learned that it wasn’t even done to code.

  Fantastic experience with Mountaineer plumbing. Nick was polite and easy to work with...and most of all HONEST about a plumbing issue that we were having that another company tried scaring us about. The rates were very reasonable and he was also very diligent about his clean up after the work was done. Thank you Mountaineer and keep Nick happy...you don't want to lose him!

  I highly recommend going with Mountaineer. Their customer service is amazing and very friendly. Our technician Nick was great to work with as well. Also very friendly, didn’t try to sell us on anything, and had repairs done quickly!

  Rescheduled once on Friday and rescheduled a second time Monday. Came out and offered a completely absurd price for a small repair. I had another licensed plumber at my home a few hours later to do the project at quite literally one half of the quoted cost from this company. If you like a run around and crazy estimates then this is the right company for you.

  I called Mountaineer on a Friday and they were able to schedule someone that Monday to accommodate my work schedule. Derrick texted to let me know that he was on his way and arrived right on time. He was professional, courteous and friendly. We had a toilet with a weak flush which he was able to auger to get it working properly. He explained the different things that could have caused the problem and (with no pressure) went over our options if we had wanted to replace the toilet either now or in the future. It was a very positive experience and I won't hesitate to use Mountaineer again!
