- DFDaisy FuJul 19, 20251.0We had a very disappointing experience with United Rentals’ portable restroom services. While we appreciated the spaciousness and accessibility of the handicap-accessible unit, the service and responsiveness left much to be desired. 1. Unreliable Cleaning Schedule: The unit was supposed to be serviced weekly as per the rental agreement. However, it went uncleaned for three consecutive weeks, despite repeated attempts to contact the company. 2. Poor Communication and Follow-Up: It took multiple phone calls, emails, and text messages before we could get a response regarding the overdue cleaning. 3. Failure to Deliver Before a Scheduled Event: We had an important event on a Saturday and specifically called the day before (Friday) to ensure the unit would be cleaned. We were assured over the phone that it would be taken care of Friday night. Unfortunately, when we arrived Saturday morning, it was still dirty, and the hand sanitizer was completely empty. We had to bring our own large bottle to accommodate. Given these issues, we cannot recommend United Rentals - Reliable Onsite Services based on our experience.

Please relay to your staff, their work does not go unnoticed. They do a great job and have for years. No one really wants to use a portable toilet but yours are always pleasant to use. Thank you for your continued superior service.
