- MMMadison MDec 19, 20255.0This company was awesome. My furnace went out in the middle of the night, of course in the winter. I called Pro-Tech about 9:00 in the morning. They were able to get me an appointment that afternoon sometime between 12:00 and 4:00. .... the technician Jacob was awesome. He ended up arriving around 2:30. He was professional, kind, informative. He fixed the problem and got our heat back on! I would absolutely use this company. Their rates are pretty much the same as everyone else... Expensive... But that's the world we live in. This company is awesome. Jacob was so wonderful!. I will definitely be using this company from now on and I will absolutely request him to be the tech because he was so great. He took the time at the end to talk to me about the filters I had bought. And told me about an amazing program DTE does every 2 years to have your furnace serviced free. He knew the answer to every question I asked. He made the experience great!
- CCCourtneyDec 18, 20255.0This was my first time having their company come out and honestly hearing of them. Not many companies offer servicing on Mobile Home furnaces these days. From the first call with Megan, who was very detail oriented and compassionate to my situation to get a tech out asap, who then sent Adam out to work the job was exceptional. I was told from the prior company I use that my furnace would need to be replaced as it is older. I had been without heat warmer than 50 degrees for almost 3 weeks. Adam allowed me to gain knowledge along side him about my unit in my home, he was kind, knowledgeable, and quick to repair the issue. He really is a great representative for this company!
