- NSNicole SpanglerJan 26, 20251.0We are building a new construction home and I was looking for very specific cabinets in white oak with a bleach white oak stain. I researched Mouser cabinetry and found that the only dealer on the west side of Michigan was KSI Kitchen and Bath. I reached out to Ann as suggested directly through Mouser and our experience with her was terrible. She encouraged us to come in, and when we did acted like she didn't have the time of day for us, and actually refused to help us. She suggested we schedule a formal appointment which we did in which case she did not show up for and had to have another consultant help us until she arrived. Upon her arrival she seemed like she didn't want to help us again. Following that appointment she said she would reach out with our kitchen quote. Its been nearly a month and we have not received anything. We have now decided to go with a custom cabinet maker somewhere else as they worked with us to understand what we were looking for and how to best serve us.
