It was ready in a couple hours. Nice guy wheeled it right out to my van. I took a look around at some plumbing supplies and thought the selection and prices were pretty good compared to big box stores.
- SPSteven PophamNov 28, 20251.0As a general contractor and business owner with an active Ferguson account, I was parked in their lot (which was roughly 90% empty) while my wife met with the interior designer to finalize selections for a new restaurant project in Grand Rapids. When she returned to the vehicle so I could confirm details before placing a mid–six-figure order, a Ferguson employee abruptly yelled at her, telling us we couldn’t park there. My wife got into the car visibly upset and immediately said we would no longer be doing business with Ferguson. We cancelled the order on the spot. Extremely disappointing treatment toward a long-standing customer.
