When she returned to the vehicle so I could confirm details before placing a mid–six-figure order, a Ferguson employee abruptly yelled at her, telling us we couldn’t park there. My wife got into the car visibly upset and immediately said we would no longer be doing business with Ferguson. We cancelled the order on the spot. Extremely disappointing treatment toward a long-standing customer.
