  The ordering process was easy and they made it simple to preview what our kitchen would look like. We had a few minor issues with pieces when they came. The cracked piece, customer service was phenomenal on recognizing and sending out a new one. There was a color match issue and that one required jumping through some hoops to get replaced, but in the end they did fix the issue. We appreciated that! We also really like that (quartz!) countertops could be ordered through the same company, and the timeline on those has been amazingly swift. There was a concern about whether or not we needed brackets, and the staff at Cabinets to Go was not the most knowledgeable on that topic; apparently there are three companies involved in the countertop process, so be warned about that. The middle man, Cosentino, requires brackets on anything over 10 inches! In the end, they did work with us, and despite my negativity, our sales rep was still patient and kind. Overall, I would recommend this company and the process.

  Patrick initially worked with me as was great understanding my vision. Tim continued working with me changing and tweaking my kitchen design until it worked. I can't wait to see my new kitchen!

  I've been an amateur woodworker for over 40 years and know quality materials and construction when I see it. When I had the chance to do a quick update to my daughter's kitchen, I looked for quick and affordable cabinets to use so I could focus my time on plumbing and electrical issues and the creation of a custom butcher block countertop. Since all the big box stores only sold poorly made and overpriced cabinets, I decided to give Cabinets To Go a try. The cabinets in the showroom looked great, and the 35% discount offered for being a teacher made them very affordable. The cabinets that I ordered arrived in less than a week when most other companies were offering 3 weeks or more. When I got them home, I was not only surprised at how easily they went together, but the quality of the materials and the workmanship. Everything fit together perfectly, and I was able to complete each cabinet in about 45 minutes, depending upon the number of drawers (they take a little longer). I did choose to glue all my parts just to ensure rock solid construction, but the fit of the parts was so good that it probably wasn't necessary. Even the plywood is high grade 7-ply for the sides and 10-ply for back and shelves. The drawer guides are exceptional. Even if I wanted to build these cabinets from scratch myself, it would have been nearly impossible because I can't easily source the quality of the plywoods used in these cabinets. Eventually, my daughter will remodel the remainder of her kitchen, and I will not hesitate to purchase more of these exceptional cabinets.

  My husband and I came in the store looking for quotes for a full kitchen Reno. Jonathan Hunter, store manager, spent a very large amount of time to discuss and lay out all options and pricing. Very friendly, very helpful, very insightful.

  The cabinets seem to be pretty good but when building my order they didn’t send stuff I was missing cabinets and other stuff had to contact them to get them ordered they did get them ordered the day I called though
