  Brandon was excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. From the scheduling to Brandon completing the job was all great. Brandon called when on his way and thoroughly explained the parts we needed to my husband. Was nice to have our veteran discount and another discount as well, to fit our budget. Our garage door now is so much quieter and smooth. Safety was a top priority to Brandon as well as us in our 70’s. Thank you! Highly recommend 😁

  My springs broke on my garage door on a weekend and I had a quick appointment on Monday my service time was between 2pm - 5pm Jeff was right at my house at 2pm! Jeff explained everything to me regarding what my opinions were and what he suggested he explained what dose what and why to me and answered all of my questions!! His service time from start to stop was 40 minutes total! I had a email and text message when he was on his way! I felt very comfortable letting him in my home he wasn't one of those service guy's that give you the heebie-jeebies Jeff was so kind and respectful!! I truly believe that A1 Garage Door Service is very lucky to have Jeff on their team he gave a wonderful reputation of the company. I believe that the technicians can make or break a company's reputation... I would absolutely go with A1 Garage Door Service again in a heartbeat!! THANK YOU JEFF FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING WORK!!   A1 Garage Door Mike, was right on time calling ahead before his arrival. He greeted me warmly and was patient in getting down to understanding my needs. He listened attentively and indicated he would do a safety inspection of my system and check for obvious issues. WELL DONE! All said after an hour and half of professional work, our door was moving quieter than any time I can remember. Mike offered options that actually SAVED me money! WOW! It’s such a good idea to establish a relationship with experts before major issues occur. Highly recommended! Thank YOU!

He walked us through several repair and replacement options, giving us the flexibility to choose what worked best for our budget.   A spring on my garage door broke. I called three different companies for quotes and decided on having A1 come out. This was a first for me; having a company come for my garage door, so I had no idea what to expect. They were very communicative regarding the appointment. Ben was the technician and he gave me a call when he was on his way. I thought it was neat that they provided a short bio and a picture of the tech in the text message confirmation. I knew exactly who I was dealing with when he arrived then. He was very nice and professional. I appreciated that he was respectful of my desire to control costs and he did not make any high pressure sales attempts. I was worried about that happening, and so I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't. He gave me the spring options, and walked me through his process. After the springs were installed, he checked everything else on the door and while there were a couple things he recommended get replaced, he gave full explanations why and avoided pressuring me into buying. He was very transparent on costs too, and there weren't any hidden fees. One of my biggest pet peeves is when a company fabricates or embellishes issues to upsell, and I did not get the impression that Ben was doing that. I felt comfortable questioning things and he was very knowledgeable in his answers. So, all that to say, I will be using A1 again (hopefully not anytime soon, though, no offense).
