  Cabinets were structurally mediocre and many of the locks were damaged upon receipt. Two cabinets had damage when unboxed (likely shipping issue). One cabinet was missing from our order and we have to drive 2 hours instead of being charged almost $500 for shipping. Not great experience. Will not buy from them again or modify review unless they refund for the damage and hassle.

  My experience with this store has not been smooth from the onset. I pushed the issue with using them because I really wanted quality cabinets at a reasonable price for my new-build home. They were in-between store managers when I started the design process and I should have walked away then. I gave them blueprints, all specifications on sinks and appliances but I still received cabinets and a design that was NEVER going to work with my spaces. They also completely forgot to order two cabinets which I didn’t know until the last minute.I really can’t recommend using Cabinets to Go until they can get it together better and have better follow through. As of right now, I have been waiting for a refund check for almost 3 weeks with no communication from the store. They got their $20,000 from me for my order and are now just done with me. In my opinion you’d be better off using a local cabinet company even if it costs more. The aggravation just isn’t worth it.

  Since the old manager (Chris) left this place is not easy to go in and get proper service. I’ve been in there twice now - first time the guy turned me away bc his manager wasn’t there to help him, then when he called me back and I told him what was needed he had no idea what items I was talking about and how to order them when I told him the product names! The second time I had to research on my own what I needed then provide screenshots and tell him everything he needed to plug in - even told him to look up my account! Then he let me sit there not saying a word until his boss came over and asked how it was going - told him I was waiting for a print out - kid looked stunned and his manager had to tell him he could print my receipt. I’m not impressed and was going to have them create my closet and downstairs bar and bathroom- before you could walk in with the measurements and Chris would create it all and work with you! Really disappointed bc it’s a great product

  The ordering process was easy and they made it simple to preview what our kitchen would look like. We had a few minor issues with pieces when they came. The cracked piece, customer service was phenomenal on recognizing and sending out a new one. There was a color match issue and that one required jumping through some hoops to get replaced, but in the end they did fix the issue. We appreciated that! We also really like that (quartz!) countertops could be ordered through the same company, and the timeline on those has been amazingly swift. There was a concern about whether or not we needed brackets, and the staff at Cabinets to Go was not the most knowledgeable on that topic; apparently there are three companies involved in the countertop process, so be warned about that. The middle man, Cosentino, requires brackets on anything over 10 inches! In the end, they did work with us, and despite my negativity, our sales rep was still patient and kind. Overall, I would recommend this company and the process.
