  Sam was amazing! With the rain today and a defective sump pump, our finished basement flooded. Called a popular “Service”, they could get to us Tuesday or Wednesday 🙄. Saw the 5 star yelp rating of Benjamin Franklin plumbing, and called. We were NOT DISAPPOINTED!!! He came right out, installed a much better sump pump, and we are up and running. He is connecting us with a restoration company, most likely will need flooring and he told us we should do this sooner than later with the risk of mold. Sam was upbeat, professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. Not enough great adjectives to describe him and the A plus service he provided. With this dark cloud over us, Sam was our silver lining Thank you Sam and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

  Very polite, immediately got to work, and explained things to me in plainer English so that I understood where the issues lies (having near zero plumbing knowledge prior). Thankfully, what looked like it could be a whole replacement became a much simpler fix charged as a service fee. Gave me a quote in case it did wind up being a bigger issue that needed replacing, but so far, not the case! Very grateful for quick and efficient work from Sam and Nick.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fast, Reliable Same-Day Service! We had an urgent issue with our sump pump and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came out the same day—such a huge relief! Our technician, Sam, was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Sam took the time to clearly explain what was going on and walked us through the repair options. The work was done efficiently, and you can tell he takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service. If you need sump pump repair, emergency plumbing, or a reliable plumber you can trust, ask for Sam —you won’t be disappointed. We’ll definitely be using them again!

  Called and said they could have Somone come out and take a look between 2-4pm Cody came out at 2:30 and gave us a quote at a very reasonable price for running a sewer snake, said to go ahead and do the work. He was able to get it done and cleaned up within 30min!! Cody was super fast and very professional. He wrote a very detailed email receipt (with photos and videos) before he left the drive way. Benjamin Franklin plumbing, awesome price, fast good work, very respectful guy. Thank you Cody velthouse!!!!

  I couldn’t be happier with the decision to go Benjamin Franklin for my plumbing issue. Nate was fantastic in every aspect; timely, communication before, during, and after, upfront with accurate pricing for various options before any work was done. I work from home, and he was courteous to be as least disruptive as possible. He quickly identified the problem that was causing my basement to flood from floor drain after heavy rain/snow melt, and showed me visually the area of concern. Being able to see the before and after with his equipment left me with great peace of mind that his work was done properly and will last, not just a short term band-aid. He is a very personable and professional young man and I will be recommending Nate and Benjamin Franklin to anyone for their plumbing needs. Thanks Nate!
