They installed a 4 ft x 4 ft egress window, walled off a basement bedroom and added a door for it in our partially finished basement, installed a microwave vent (we did not have an exterior vent prior), and some other misc. items like drywall fixes. It all looks great! Julius is super friendly, down-to-Earth, and his team is very respectful. Before they started the job, Julius brought his team to my house to show them everything that needed to get done and allow me to meet them so I felt comfortable with who was coming into my home. I wish other businesses did this sort of thing! You can tell he treats his employees well and there is a mutual respect between him and them, which I firmly believe is important as happy employees tend to do a better job. Even though other companies told me the microwave vent could not be added, or would at minimum need to take up the entirety of the top shelf of a set of kitchen cabinets, Julius looked at it and confirmed it could be done, and done within the soffit above it so no need to take up cabinet space, and did it. Reasonable prices as well, and he is not one of those a big salespeople who will try to sell you on items you don't really need or keep bugging you after giving you a quote. I appreciate this. Maurer Services is definitely my new go-to business for anything I want to add or repair inside and outside my home!

Not only was the workmanship of our egress window done very well, he laid down stones around it to help water shed and add a decorative flare to the finished product I was not expecting that.
