How much do you charge?
We follow the insurance industry standard Xactimate pricing and estimating rules. You only pay your deductible if you are fully insured. We also have financing if you have a high deductible or for non insurance upgrades.
Do you work for the insurance company or for me?
We only work for you. Unfortunately many restoration firms sign agreements with insurance companies or their third party administrators to cut services to keep the job cheap. To us that is a conflict of interest as a company cannot honestly serve two masters. We fully scope the damages so you will be made whole with a quality repair job. No cutting corners. This is the most honest way so you or the insurance company is not cheated.
Will you go to bat for me so I get a fair settlement with my insurance company?the
Yes, as an expert restoration company we represent the home, church or business to fully identify all of the damages and document them so they are presented with detailed costs breakdowns at no charge when you are our client.

Absolutely. We have licensed asbestos inspectors on staff who collect samples and sends the to an independent certified lab for detailed results.
