We follow the insurance industry standard Xactimate pricing and estimating rules.  You only pay your deductible if you are fully insured.  We also have financing if you have a high deductible or for non insurance upgrades.

Do you work for the insurance company or for me?

We only work for you.  Unfortunately many restoration firms sign agreements with insurance companies or their third party administrators to cut services to keep the job cheap.  To us that is a conflict of interest as a company cannot honestly serve two masters.  We fully scope the damages so you will be made whole with a quality repair job.  No cutting corners.  This is the most honest way so you or the insurance company is not cheated.

Absolutely.  We have licensed asbestos inspectors on staff who collect samples and sends the to an independent certified lab for detailed results.  Most other contractors fail to do this properly and poison their clients and employees.  Even worse most insurance adjusters fail to mention the necessity of testing just to keep the job cheap. How fast will you dry out my home, chirch or business?

Depending on time it was wet and building materials it could be 3-7 days typically.  3 days for most jobs.  Any demolition may delayed on older homes if testing is required for lead or asbestos which would add to the drying time.  Old Plaster and real hardwood floors take longer to dry.

How do I know my home is really dry and not grow mold after a water loss?

Our technicians will measure the moisture every day and the fans to properly dry the area.  At the end of the project they will show you the readings as they measure so you know the job was done correctly.  Many other companies who get referred by their insurance company are pressured to get out in 3 days dry or not and can lead to mold growth.  We work for you, not the insurance company to make sure your home is properly dried and we prove it with meters and computerized DryTrack charts.  This is very important too to prove to future home buyers that your home was properly dried on sellers disclosure forms.
