He did our furnace maintenance and bonus of bonuses he had a Remi bulb to replace ours (it was time) and if you don't have that ionizer I would definetly recommend (we have 3 goldens). The ionizer does wonders for your home! He was thorough with his information and his recommendations were spot on. He is an excellent tech and a really nice guy! Also we have the family plan and it is a worthwhile investment! I would highly recommend Family Plumbing and Heating and if the other tech's are like Nevin then you will have excellent service and complete confidence in the work!

These techs are knowledgeable, quick, clean and I don’t feel uncomfortable letting them into my chaotic home around pets. During furnace installation Billy and James were actually jogging between the truck and the furnace with supplies and tools, like a nascar pit crew, all while remembering their booties and being cognizant of the floors and my dogs. Outstanding work.
