She gave me quote over the phone answered all of my questions and scheduled my appointment for the next day.Great customer service. Stacey has also help me with a new furnace central air and electrical changes in past couple of years .I would recommend them for anything they install and service. The actual installation was perfectly done no problems or mess. All of their work has come with great warranties. They are definitely my go to, I've never been disappointed. Call Stacey she will take great care of you.

He asked me to walk through the house to address what issues were being experienced which I did. After going to the basement to where the furnace is located. Josue explained everything very well which was appreciated! We feel that everything is resolved at this time. Thank you
- VOVirginia OstroskieDec 14, 20255.0I was concerned about my furnace because I was worried that I might have a problem since my thermostat went down, but then returned to normal after my daughter turned the switch. I called my handyman and asked who I should get to check my furnace; he immediately said Family Heating and cooling.This then happened again with the same outcome. Ricardo came and vacuumed and cleaned and reattached a hose that was loose.He checked everything and explained everything to me . He worked for an hour doing all that and also changed the filter which was dirty. He was wonderful and I feel he really was good and knowledgeable which of course relieved my stress. In the end I was pleasantly surprised that the cost was so reasonable.
