They were very detailed in their work, took their time, checked their work and coordinated with each other very well. The job was finished sooner than I expected. They even took time out to answer a couple of electrical questions I had that did not pertain to the upgrade project. Highly recommend this company and Lance and Matt! Great work in U.S. Navy terms— BRAVO ZULU Guys!

Was greeted by a friendly person, told the approximate price over the phone, I approved it, scheduled the job, they called the day before to confirm, they called when the technician was on their way, the tech showed up on time, he (shoutout to Dan!) was friendly, courteous, did the work, no issues, vacuumed up at the end, left no mess, collected the check, and that was that. Great experience all around! Would definitely recommend.

All of their techs were great, from the First Gentlemen who came out to service my 24 year old furnace (I don’t remember his name, but hopefully he gets a shout out if they can see who it was. The sales guy Norm was amazing. He was so honest and helpful with all of my questions. I appreciated his advice and guidance as I didn’t know the first thing about getting a new furnace. Dominic and his crew were great when installing the furnace and servicing the AC, they were respectful of property and got the job done quickly and efficiently. It is a rather long job, but they worked very well together. Dominic reviewed everything with me, from warranties to operations. Good customer service and techs are not common now days. But this was A+ service from beginning to end and I am very happy with the work that was done. The pricing was fair, the repair time to get scheduled for replacement was quick. Thank you so much for the work you did! 🥰
