  Excellent service and wonderful people! We called, on New Year’s Eve of all days, to have mom’s septic pumped and Aaron was awesome! Great guy, was out within the hour, and took excellent care of mom and got her septic cleaned out in no time!

  They came out the same day I called. Aaron was absolutely awesome. Aaron was very knowledgeable. He truly loves what he does. He went above and beyond for no reason other than to do what he enjoys doing. He did everything he could do to get us back up working for the holidays. Every other company I called sounded like I was bothering them when they answered the phone or didn't return my calls.

  I cannot say enough good things about Don’s Septic Tank Cleaning, and especially Aaron. Before calling them, I contacted six other companies, including their emergency lines, and received no response at all. Don’s Septic answered my call immediately on a Saturday and came out the same day, which already set them far apart from the rest. Aaron went above and beyond in every way. Even though my issue ultimately couldn’t be resolved because my septic tank couldn’t be located, he never gave up. Aaron stayed while my neighbor used a bobcat to dig up my front yard in an attempt to locate the tank — and he didn’t sit in the truck while it happened. He was outside the entire time, completely hands-on, probing every inch of the yard where we believed the septic was located. Aaron truly did not want this MIA septic to defeat him, and after hours of tireless work, it unfortunately did — which I completely understand. Most companies would have left long before, but Aaron stayed, worked relentlessly, and genuinely cared about finding a solution. He took the time to explain everything, provided valuable information, and showed a level of honesty and dedication that is rare to find these days. Don’s Septic Tank Cleaning is a company that truly puts its customers first. I am incredibly grateful for Aaron’s time, effort, and professionalism, and I would highly recommend Don’s Septic Tank Cleaning to anyone now or in the future.
