I have 2 doggos and they didn't mind the one free roaming which is something I care about with these things. They cleaned out our vents and fixed the one that was not connected to our house, thank you it's been a few years. But most of all love the name! Big fans of cryptids around here.

Of course not, I get some guy rushing through to clean my furnace, I guess the furnace I’ve had worked on multiple times is in better condition than these new ones I’ve watched pulled out of homes. Thanks for pulling me from work so dude can pull the dirt off my furnace. Had to call three times to set the appointment too, waste of time.

After receiving this offer, I contacted Bigfoot pro services and spoke with Rhonda, who was very pleasant and very helpful working around my schedule to set up this appointment for me. Way to go, Rhonda👏👏 The team that was sent out from Bigfoot Pro services was Randy Blake and Layne And I can’t say enough, how professional and the respect of when they came into my home they gave me👍.They made sure they explained everything to me ,from the set up to what was gonna be taking place and while they were performing their job and the repairs if any. This team respected my home , they were careful on moving their equipment in and out to not damage anything. They even were careful moving my furniture that needed to be moved away from the heat Vents. I would recommend this company 100%. Thank you, Bigfoot pro services and Consumers energy for offering this program at no cost to the consumer. Thank you Silver Springs for participating.

He went straight to the furnace and figured out the problem in less than 2-minutes and had it fixed in less than 20-minutes. He’s very kind, professional , honest, and thorough. He explained to my Mom what was wrong, what needed to be done, and told her things about our model of furnace and what to watch out for. I highly recommend Mr. Adrian to any and every one who is in need of furnace maintenance or repair.
