  Thanks to Consumers Energy for sending Bigfoot Pro Services to do a tune up on my furnace January 5th, 2026. The young man Noah entered my home professionally putting on covers to protect the flooring in my home which was greatly appreciate! He was pleasant and professional! My furnace was not coming on in the at night or in the morning which was a huge concern of mine because I was waking up to cold temperatures. Once Noah completely the tune up on my furnace it has been running properly. I decided to wait 24 hrs to leave this review. Thank you Noah for making my home comfortable again in the cold frigid winter in Michigan!

  The tech Adrian from Bigfoot showed up about 15 minutes after he called to inform he was on his way! Upon arriving he was polite and listened to my issues and concerns about my furnace. After diagnosing what problems he found, he thoroughly explained options and the reasons for each! He also went the extra mile in explaining why one option would be more urgent than another! Overall great experience and would recommend Bigfoot and Adrian to my family and friends!

  Adrian W. Was my technician with Bigfoot pro Service. I believe he went above and beyond the call of duty and not only did he assist me in my issue, but he educated me on several tips and tricks to prevent future problems. Definitely a five out of five star review. Yesterday concluded my experience with Bigfoot pro services. Tristram and Cody were the installers of my furnace. The professionalism and compassion in which they handled the situation explaining everything to me was above and beyond the call of duty . Not only did they replace my furnace, but they removed an old water heater from my basement. They also adjusted my current water heater because during original installation (not done by Bigfoot ) the heat exhaust was installed incorrectly. I truly wish I had more than five stars to give. It’s safe to say from my own personal experience with this company that they have a customer for life.

  Very grateful for the excellent service provided by Bigfoot Pro's Todd & Tim. We had been relying on 2 space heaters for nearly a month so when I got the call for installation on Christmas Eve, I didn't hesitate. The guys were very respectful of my property, cleaning up as they went. I had questions about the operation & both techs thoroughly explained it at my level of understanding. When we woke up to a warm house, the wait was worth it. Huge thanks to all the working parts it took to get this job completed & especially to my new friends, Todd & Tim! I highly recommend Bigfoot for all things Pro!
