  Big foot pro Services did a checkup on my furnace. They said they would be at my house between 8am and 12pm showed up at 1:30 pm. The individual told me that my heat exchanged was cracked. He did not show me any pictures or leave any paper work for me to have. (Which he had taken pictures) He told me that I needed a new furnace. I called them after a couple of days and asked if they could send me the pictures. They said they would. Three days later still waiting. I called a different company to check on my furnace and to give me an estimated rate on a new furnace. Upon the company inspecting my furnace, and informing them on what big foot said about my furnace. They told me there was not a crack in the heat exchange and showed me pictures. They said my furnace was in excellent condition. SHAM ON THE individual who told me a false report. I would not recommend this company!

  Blessed to have the services of this company. They were extremely courteous,professional, and knowledgeable. They were incredibly informative and went above and beyond to help make a blown in insulation attic project a success. An addition of 12-14 inches made the attic a whopping R-49 rating. The technician’s Mikey T and Jarrid S. worked together seamlessly during the timely installation process. I’m extremely impressed and grateful with their dedication and commitment to the Bigfoot Pro Services company.

  Tristram and Cody spent their whole day replacing my complete HVAC system. The guys did a great job, were professional, informative and we are extremely happy with the finished product. We also had the duct cleaning and sealing done by a whole team or great folks from Bigfoot. I unfortunately did not catch of all their names other than Layna to give them a shout out. A overall first class experience from the inspection, quoting and the onsite work. I would definitely recommend Bigfoot. Thank you!

  From end to end my experience with BigFoot Pro Services has been exceptional. A question I had when making the appointment using their phone scheduling system was addressed when BigFoot called me back to get more information without my having to call them. Adrian, the service tech addressiing my problem was on time, incredibly polite and focused while being personable. He quickly identified the problem (which another vendor told me couldn't be resolved), showed me what was causing the issue and quickly gave me an estimate and completed the repair. So happy that I called BigFoot despite being told the problem "was the best it could be" by the other vendor.

  Our furnace quit on Sunday, Feb 8 and Adrian answered the call on Feb 9. He was able to do a temporary fix to get us heat and we decided to buy a new furnace after Adrian gave us a no spin assessment of the old furnaces' chance of survival. Todd and Jose arrived on Feb 12 and started the removal of the old furnace and the install of a new furnace and central air unit. They were able to finish the install the following day after my house gave them challenge after challenge. Todd and Jose were just fantastic. Friendly and knowledgeable, we enjoyed having them at the house. The best ever. After they completed the job and left, we had an issue with the furnace stuck on run. Matt came out on Saturday and determined that it was just dead batteries in the thermostat. Matt was great, re-explained some things for us without making us feel like idiots. Great job Matt. On a scale of 1-10, I will rate all four gentlemen a 15.
