  We had a issue with our furnace and it was covered under the Consumer Power home protection plan. Bigfoot Pro Services was the company called to fix the issue. They were on time and very friendly and professional. They found that our Furnace heat exchanger was cracked and was a big safety issue. They needed to turn off the gas to the furnace due to the possibility of CO2 filling the house. So basically the furnace was shot and needed replaced. Due to it being the beginning of March we needed to get the furnace installed ASAP and luckily Bigfoot Pro had an opening Monday morning. The furnace died on a Friday. So we booked them to do the install and they were right on time again. They pulled the old furnace out and installed the new one and also had to make some changes to the intake vents and also put in a new thermostat. They did a fantastic job and cleaned everything up and disposed of the old furnace. They showed us the new furnace and also showed us how to use the new thermostat. My wife and I are very happy with how the job was done and they also said that because we were on the Consumer Power protection plan, we will be getting a check from Consumers for $950 for the replacement. We will definitely be calling them back every year for yearly maintenance.

  I had a furnace and water heater installed today by Big Foot pro services. They did a tremendous job. The whole day went wonderfully from start to finish. Todd and Jose arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and kept me informed throughout. My dogs even loved them—they were so friendly and kind. The comfort in my home has already improved, and I can tell I’m saving on energy. They also cleaned up afterwards and showed me how to operate the equipment . I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future.

  I had Timmy S come out and replace my furnace. Him and his partner, (I didn't get his name, but has a beautiful white pitty) was polite, quick to remove my old unit. Replaced with a updated version. Cleaned up and you couldn't even tell they were there. I would highly recommend this company for any kind of service. Thinking about checking in on their central air units 🤔. Good job guys and thank you for your time.

  I hired Bigfoot Pro Services to install two ceiling fans with LED lights in both my bathrooms, since I never had any. Dave came by and did the estimate which was reasonable and so I went for it! Dave, Jeff and Dakota did a professional installation and laid out covers to keep my floors clean while they worked. In just a few hours my new fans were installed exactly where I wanted them. I am very happy with the work Bigfoot Pro Services provided and am already discussing a new tile shower project! You'll be glad you chose Bigfoot Pro Services. I am!

  This was my second privilege to have Big Foot reps in my house! Patrick and John were so courteous and respectful of my house! They didn’t even complain when shelving and rods made more work for them, while trying to enter the hard-to-access attic. They took the time to do everything just right! Thank you for sending them to me. I’m very grateful. Now I know who to send my friends to!
