Cedric was very professional and knowledgeable about our garage door opener and the new one. It was determined we needed a new opener, Cedric removed our old one and installed a new one in just over an hour. He took our old one and the packaging for the new one. Was very pleased with the service we received. Thank you.

The technician examined my garage door & pointed out some issues that were left by the previous owner. As a result, he offered to give me a quote for a new door when I was ready. A couple of months later, I received a text from Dover offering a black Friday promotion, so I took advantage of it! Drake & Kyle came out & did a fantastic job! They were professional & quick. I really appreciated them! *I forgot to mention Jake Helms-the project manager who gave me the heads up on the Black Friday promotion! Thanks, Jake!!😊

He was helpful in explaining my antiquated system, what system is used these days and resolved my issue without additional charges. Dylan also took measurements of my garage door and entry doors to put together a quote for future replacements. Overall, a really great experience with Dover Doors!
