I didn't realize Dover can also do repairs in a simple fix situation, so that was a bonus discovery. Their exceptionally skilled technician named Cedric came out within hours and provided me with the best solution I could've imagined. It was obvious I chose the right company with the best options, no wonder my neighbors use them, too! I would choose them again without hesitation, if needed. Our house is old and not in any way standard. They made the door look perfect and were very conscientious in their work. The sales process was also excellent—no pushiness or pressure, just friendly dialogue to make sure our needs were being met. We are very happy! Will use Dover again and definitely recommend them.

Jake (sales) was available and communicative throughout my process of getting quotes from multiple vendors. I felt that there was never an unnecessary upsell, rather information to guide me through the multitude of options. My garage, being of older construction, required some modification, which the installation team performed well. Additionally, I was going from a 2 door garage to a single door. Drake King and Joe Jackson were excellent to work with. Always respectful, efficient and timely, they completed the work as expected and it turned out great. The pictures speak for themselves. There are a many reasons I went with Dover, including the ability to finance the cost over 2 years same as cash in addition to having access to the Liftmaster brand, which was not available through other vendors I contacted. I highly recommend Dover for your garage door modification/installation needs.
