  My place of employment (Kay Jewelers Outlet) put in a service request for our front gate latch. Within a few hours, 2 technicians, Brian and Kode arrived. They were friendly, courteous, and quickly found our issue. We will need some follow-up work to complete our job, and we'd gladly welcome Brian and Kode back for service.   Adam Strzalka was amazing. Very professional and not pushy. What I thought would be just a tune up for my garage motor ended up turning into a full replacement. He was very thorough, explained everything to me and gave me options, again not pushy. I ended up scheduling with him to have him replace the garage door motor. After the installation he was once again thorough went through the set up so that i wasn’t left trying to figure things out. Would definitely recommend Dover doors and window and Adam too. Thanks again for making this process easy and seamless.

  Very hesitant to use this company again but lucky for our property management group they corner the northern MI market and we typically have no other choice. I have redirected all service requests away from this company other than service requests we are hard pressed to find a different vendor for. Over three months for a panel for an overhead door...full stop. Some of the longest part lead times in the market on any given job. Sometimes we get a notification for service, sometimes not. I call the front desk and they give me a different lead time than the service manager. Just disorganized and discombobulated every time. Getting service when requested is no issue, hence the three stars. It's the follow up that feels like pulling teeth.

  Awesome service! Had a broken spring on my garage door and they were able to come out the very next day, fix it, and install a new opener. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and efficient—the whole job took less than an hour. What really stood out was that he took the time to walk me through all the features and updates with the new system, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

  Just had two new doors installed in Davisburg, MI and everything was PERFECT. From the salesperson, Jake Helms who was professional, fast, responsive and communicated through the entire process to the installation, couldn't have done better. On the day of installation, Drake King and Joe Jackson knocked it out of the park. Two doors, tracks, operators, set-up and link-up to the Internet and app - again perfect execution. The nice thing is they cleaned up, hauled everything away and were careful throughout. Truly a professional operation from beginning to end. Recommend them VERY highly!
