- TWTina WoodbeckDec 19, 20255.0We’ve had great service from Paradigm Plumbing in the past for plumbing installation as well as minor repairs but, I write this review because Paradigm went above and beyond when we had an emergency sewer backup on Thanksgiving four hours before all of our family was to arrive for dinner. We called Paradigm Plumbing and Scott, who was on call, arrived within the hour and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Scott cleaned up leaving my laundry area cleaner than it was before. He was polite, courteous and we have not had any issues since. I will always use Paradigm Pluming and highly recommend for all services.

While we were out of town, we received an alert from our Leak Defense System that there was a water problem in our house (this could be anything from a minor drip to a catastrophic water situation), Rather than waiting until we returned the next day, Ashley and Kevin immediately stepped up. They suggested it best for Kevin to check our house as soon as possible. Knowing a trusted professional was checking our home gave us tremendous peace of mind, and potentially avoided a catastrophic situation. Another thing that sets Paradigm Plumbing apart is how they handle calls. When you phone, you get a real person right away, and you speak directly with someone who can actually help - no endless phone trees, dropped calls, return calls, etc. Kudos to Ashley and Kevin at Paradigm Plumbing - we highly recommend them.
