Called Paradigm, Ashley answered, an actual voice, and set me up for a Saturday Appt. They text me that Mitch D. was on the way at 9:30 . Very punctual and Professional. Had the basement cleared pretty quick and advised me of how to potentially prevent future blockages. This is one of the BEST companies I have ever worked with. I HIGHLY recommend.

Also had some specific questions regarding outdoor plumbing, hoses etc. Sam was really nice and helpful. Answered my questions. Was clean and wore shoe protection inside. And price was very fair. Will contact them for any future plumbing issues that arise. Hopefully they won’t be hearing from me!
